100 Days In Office: Odion of Emevor Kingdom Extols Oborevwori Impactful Leadership

The  Odion of Emevor Kingdom His, Royal Highness, Chief Dr. John Holt has congratulated Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori on his 100 days in office.

According to him, Governor Oborevwori, ascended to power with the MORE Agenda, presently, he has undertaken significant measures to ensure that the people of Delta State reap the full benefits of democracy. In a comprehensive assessment of his administration’s first 100 days, the Odion of Emevor kingdom, tasked with promoting Oborevwori’s agenda, outlined the achievements achieved in this short span.

He said, the deluge of project you are commissioning to mark your first 100 days in office is a clear testament to the fact that you are the man for the job, a man with unusual energy to deliver.

HRM, Johnholt, , commended Governor Oborevwori for his impactful leadership and many accomplishments in his first 100 days in the saddle as the State Chief Executive.

He said Deltans were happy with the sterling accomplishments of the Governor in completing many ongoing projects across the state.

He said: “Also our gratitude goes to the Governor of Delta State , for his genuine fight against insecurity in the state that has enabled the celebration to take place peaceful.”

“There is no doubt that a lot has been done in Isoko kingdom. Yet much more needs to be done to provide more infrastructure in all facets of our community, create employment thereby rehabilitating our financial institutions and strengthening them to impart in our youths, values of integrity and intellect, hardwork and industry, without which the future of Isoko would be endangered.

He called on government to refocus attention on the abandoned road by NDDC Contractors especially the unconstructed Emevor- Orogun road, Thank God they have started work on the road and we expect the our beloved Governor will accomplish this task as promised.

He said that the recent approvals by the State Executive Council to construct and rehabilitate roads in Warri and environs and other parts of the state were laudable.

On behalf of the good of Isoko North, Local Government Area, I want to express my sincere gratitude to our amiable Governor, for the pride of place your administration has accorded us. May the Lord continue to strengthen you on this onerous mission to provide M.O.R.E to all Deltans

He said: “On behalf of the good people of Isoko and Emevor kingdom for Oborevwori, I congratulate our amiable Governor, Rt. Hon. Elder Sheriff Oborevwori as he clocks 100 days in office.

“Your Excellency, the first 100 days have been impactful with numerous projects lined up for the inauguration of Deltans.

“Worthy of note is that you have continued to strive for the completion of all ongoing projects for the use of Deltans and we can’t thank you enough for ensuring continuity in governance.

“With the many projects earmarked for the inauguration to celebrate your 100 days in office, Deltans will no doubt feel the impact of your administration, especially as you have continued to show empathy in governance.

“We are pleased with the steps you have taken so far to address the plight of workers by approving additional stipends to augment transportation and for reducing their working days.

“We are also glad that you have taken the gauntlet to resolve the most intractable issue of pensions for retired local government council workers and primary school retirees.

The Odion emphasized that these ongoing projects across all local government areas of the state demonstrate that Delta State is in capable hands, underscoring the need to support Governor Oborevwori’s administration.

“We now have M O R E Infrastructures, M O R E Human Capital Development, M O R E Secured Delta State, M O R E Agricultural Products and FOOD In Delta State, M O R E Growth And Development, and M O R E Peace In Delta State; all achieved in just 100 days,” he declared.

“It is my fervent prayer that when you will be marking your first one year in office, more impactful projects and programmes would have been completed to make life more meaningful for Deltans in line with your avowed commitment to advancing Delta with your M.O.R.E Agenda,” HRH, John Holt stated.
